I’m an energy intuitive, certified Pranic Healing Therapist and Reiki Master.

We are all the teacher and the student, and can learn from everyone and everything if we are open to it. I am a student of life, learning from everyone I connect with, a truth seeker and way shower.

My experience and influences are drawn from many areas including psychology, energy work, self-enquiry, and spirituality. I share what I have learned and continue to learn on my own life and healing journey.

I create bespoke courses based on your needs as an individual, whether it be healing, coaching or a combination. Sessions and courses are solutions focused and are a collaboration. We work together to get you to where you want to be. I enjoy motivating others to become empowered self-healers.

Sessions take place in person or on Zoom.
